Letter Hunt is a free-to-play word search puzzle game with over 10,000 words across multiple categories. Players find hidden words in a letter grid by dragging their finger across matching letters. The game includes Hindi translations of words, a level progression system, and a timer challenge mode.

Letter Hunt is designed as a pure offline puzzle game. No account creation, no login, no sign-up of any kind is required or available. You simply download and play.

Information We Collect

Short answer: Almost nothing. Letter Hunt does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from you. We do not have servers that receive your data.

All game data (progress, scores, settings) is stored exclusively on your local device using standard Android/iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.

Advertising & Google AdMob

Letter Hunt is free to play and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob — Google's official mobile advertising platform — to display ads within the app.

Banner Ads

Small banner displayed at the bottom of the game screen. Always visible during gameplay — non-intrusive and doesn't interrupt play.

Interstitial

Interstitial Ads

Full-screen ads shown between puzzle completions — only at natural break points, never during active gameplay.

Rewarded

Rewarded Ads

Optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game features like Hints or Shuffle. Completely voluntary — you are never forced to watch these.

AdMob may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and general device information. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not ours. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings:

Letter Hunt requests zero sensitive permissions. We believe an app should only ask for what it truly needs. A word search game needs none of your personal device access.

Internet access is the only permission required — solely to load advertisements. The game can be played completely without internet access, but ads will not display when offline.

Children's Privacy

Letter Hunt is designed for everyone, including children. The game contains no violence, no inappropriate content, and no social features. It is rated "Everyone" on the Google Play Store.

Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, there is no special risk to children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

Ads shown in the app are served by Google AdMob. Parents who wish to disable ads for their children can enable "Designed for Families" mode or use Android's parental controls to restrict ad tracking.

If you believe your child has somehow submitted personal information through our app, please contact us immediately at help.teamharsha@gmail.com and we will take prompt action.

Third-Party Services

Letter Hunt uses only one third-party service:

Google AdMob

Ad serving platform by Google LLC. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads.

We do not integrate any analytics tools (no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, no Facebook SDK, no third-party crash reporters). We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share any information with any third party other than what AdMob collects independently for ad serving.

Data Security

The simplest form of data security is not collecting data in the first place. Since Letter Hunt stores nothing on our servers, there is nothing for us to protect or for anyone to steal from us.

Your local game data (progress, scores) is stored on your own device and is protected by your device's built-in security (lock screen, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device OS updated for the best security.

If you uninstall Letter Hunt, all locally stored game data is automatically deleted from your device.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the following rights under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, India PDPB, etc.):

Right to Access — You can request information about what data we hold about you (answer: none).

Right to Deletion — Simply uninstall the app to delete all local game data permanently.

Right to Opt-Out of Ads — Disable personalised ads via your device settings at any time.

Since we do not collect or process personal data, most data rights are automatically satisfied. For any AdMob-related data requests, please contact Google directly at their privacy portal.
