One Stroke

Welcome to One Stroke, a puzzle game developed by CS Boiii. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the One Stroke mobile application ("App"), available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

One Stroke is built with a privacy-first approach. CS Boiii does not directly collect, store, process, or transmit any of the following to any server we operate:

There is no backend server operated by CS Boiii that receives or stores any personal information from your device. Some device and advertising identifiers may still be collected by third-party ad networks through our ad mediation setup — see Section 4 for full details.

The App saves certain game data locally on your device only to provide a smooth experience. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.

One Stroke is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. Ads are served through Google AdMob, using AdMob's mediation feature.

Depending on availability and region, the mediation chain used in One Stroke may include the following ad networks, in addition to AdMob itself:

What these ad networks may collect independently:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID, or equivalent)
• General device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size)
• IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)
• General location at the country/region level (not precise GPS, unless a network requests separate location permission, which One Stroke does not grant)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, view duration)
• App usage signals used to personalize or measure ads (e.g. install and engagement events)

One Stroke requires no account creation, no sign-up, and no login of any kind. You can download and play the game immediately without providing any personal information whatsoever.

One Stroke requests only the permissions necessary to function and display advertisements:

One Stroke is a puzzle game intended for a general audience. CS Boiii does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their country).

Since CS Boiii does not directly collect personal data from any users, we inherently comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations to the extent within our control. Note that the ad mediation networks described in Section 4 may still collect limited technical/advertising data as part of serving ads.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

CS Boiii is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their individual privacy policies, listed in Section 4.

Since One Stroke does not directly collect or transmit personal data to any server operated by us, the risk of a data breach from our end is eliminated by design.

All game data (progress, settings, streaks) is stored exclusively on your local device and protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption, etc.). Data collected by ad mediation networks is secured under each respective network's own security practices.

Even though CS Boiii doesn't directly collect personal data, you still have full control over your experience:

• Delete local data: Uninstall the App to permanently remove all locally stored game data from your device.
• Ad preferences: Opt out of personalized ads via your Android device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Reset Advertising ID: You can reset your Google Advertising ID at any time via Android Settings.
• Contact us: For any privacy-related questions or concerns, reach out to us at the contact details below.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. Since CS Boiii does not directly process your personal data, most such rights are satisfied by default; for data collected by ad mediation networks, you may also need to exercise your rights directly with those networks. For any specific requests, contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or third-party service integrations. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Publish the updated policy at the same URL
• If required, notify users through the App or Play Store listing

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
