One Stroke

Welcome to One Stroke, a puzzle game developed by CS Boiii. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the One Stroke mobile application ("App"), available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

One Stroke is built with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any of the following:

There is no backend server operated by CS Boiii that receives or stores any information from your device.

The App saves certain game data locally on your device only to provide a smooth experience. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.

One Stroke is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. AdMob is a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC.

The following types of ads may be displayed:

• General device information (model, OS version)
• General location (country/region level, not precise GPS)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

One Stroke requires no account creation, no sign-up, and no login of any kind. You can download and play the game immediately without providing any personal information whatsoever.

One Stroke requests only the permissions necessary to function and display advertisements:

One Stroke is a puzzle game intended for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their country).

Since we do not collect personal data from any users, we inherently comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.

Advertisements displayed in the app are served by Google AdMob. For family-specific settings and controls on ad targeting for children, please refer to Google's Family Policy resources.

Since One Stroke does not collect or transmit personal data to any server operated by us, the risk of a data breach from our end is eliminated by design.

All game data (progress, settings, streaks) is stored exclusively on your local device and protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

Even though we don't collect personal data, you still have full control over your experience:

• Delete local data: Uninstall the App to permanently remove all locally stored game data from your device.
• Ad preferences: Opt out of personalized ads via your Android device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Reset Advertising ID: You can reset your Google Advertising ID at any time via Android Settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. Since we do not process your personal data, most such rights are satisfied by default. For any specific requests, contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or third-party service integrations. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Publish the updated policy at the same URL
• If required, notify users through the App or Play Store listing

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
